I showed up at 10:35 for an order, that was supposed to be ready at 10:35. I placed the order for in store pickup.When I got there, the doors were locked. When I looked inside, it seemed like there was a party going on and an employee told me to go through the drive through. I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through for my food.

This place has really gone downhill. I waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes before anyone said anything. I ordered a supreme party pack and none were supreme. There was almost no filling inside and they forgot my sauces when I asked for them twice. I went to ask again but the lady at the window shut it while I was talking and walked away. I went inside to get them and my recipt and the place was a nasty. There was food all over the floor and they were just rolling up the burritos on a dirty table. My recommendation, dont go here!

consistently the worst tacobell ive ever been to. missing items in EVERY order, terrible customer service, blasts music through the drive thru speaker, swears on speaker, just gave me the coldest hardest fries ever & that was the only thing i got lol. not one fry had potato or any life in them. save your money & go anywhere but here. hate this location so much that im taking the time to write a tacobell review lol that should tell you something

Employees need to learn to roll a burrito. Not cool getting all meat and beans on one side and cheese and sour cream the other. But other than that the temperature, speed and service was and would pass inspection. Yeah I used to manage a few Taco Hells. Drive thru needs to calm down too. We drove up. They greeted us, we responded and asked for a minute to check the menu. 5 sec later. Asked if we're ready. Asked again for a minute. 5 Sec later the same. GIVE US A MINUTE THERE'S NOBODY BEHIND US AND WE ARE LOOKING! Was my response. About 20 seconds later we said we were ready. They guessing butt hurt took about 10 seconds to respond. In my Taco Bell. I'd have someone else on the drive thru and someone else teaching proper burrito roll technique to staff to keep the inspector happy. But I've been at worse. The meat portion, temp. 9 of 10. Food quality 6 of 10 because the beans were too watery. Service 7 of 10. Speed 10 of 10.
Felt like crap the next day. I know, it's Taco Bell, but I've eaten at others without issue.

Went in and no one was at the front to give me my pick up order was behind the counter, it took me about 10 mins to flag someone down and then she filled up one of my drinks and walked away. Then who i’m assuming was the manager came in and i tried to get his attention and he ignored me and walked to the back and just stood there and looked at me. It felt surreal but once I finally got my food my friend who was outside said that manager was smoking behind the dumpsters outside before he walked in which explains it.
