The Chateau Restaurant Franklin

Awesome place for GF options. I am blown away by the carrot cake. I remember before the non-gluten cakes when I could still eat gluten, and what I've had the last 15 years....wow you cannot beat their GF carrot cake! Best I've had of carrot cake period! I did takeout but saw the atmosphere was nice too, will try a sit down stay real soon!

Lousy service from the bar

Such a great Italian restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service is always very fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great Italian food at a reasonable price. Pizza is delicious.

The Chateau is a great place to eat no matter the location. Food is excellent!

I thought that I was part of a prank. That the server just heated up some microwave meal. I got the Italian combo. The chicken was rubbery and hard. DO NOt waste your money.

This place is in a rich town, you would think this being a Italian restaurant it would be good. NOT AT ALL!! this place serves frozen mozzarella sticks and toasted ravioli the pizza were eight slices a rectangle pizza and for $20 you can go to Big Y and get 40 Slices and it taste better this place is a complete dump don't even waste your money!

Food was out fast, and staff was amazing

Three of us visited on Saturday May 24th. Our server was Erik and he made the experience all the more special! He took pride in his work which is not common these days. I got the salmon Caesar, and the other two in my party got Chicken Marsala and the clam plate. The food looked great and tasted wonderful. No issues at all. Got a box of cookies to eat on the way home and they were SO good! 5 Stars!

This was my first visit. We had a reservation, but had to wait about 10 minutes. The hostess wasn't terribly friendly. We asked for a booth and we were told there wasn't one available, which was fine, but then they sat us right near a booth that was empty for about 40 minutes while we ate our meal. The food was solid. The menu had a nice variety with many Italian classics, some pub fare, and steak and seafood dishes. I think we all enjoyed our food. Our server was very friendly, but service was really slow. He seemed to forget about us at times. Maybe it was just an off day. Not sure I'd go back.

We've been eating at this Chateau almost weekly for years. It's excellent in all ways, especially the food which is consistently delicious and the friendly service.

My experience there was amazing. We reserved dinner on Easter. Our waitress' name was Ivana. She did amazing. Very punctual and received the best service. Doug who the manager on came and checked on us and could not complain at all. The food was amazing. This was our first time here and we plan on coming back more often than not.

What an amazing spot to stop for lunch! This was our first time ever to the Chateau, but definitely will not be the last! I had such a hard time deciding as so many choices that interested me! I ended up choosing the shrimp avocado bowl. I made one change to my dish and absolutely loved every bite I took! There was just too much to eat it all! Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meal just as much! We look forward to coming back!

Sometimes the noise was a little loud. We always come here for lunch . This little thing wouldn't stop us from coming again

we had a real nice time at dinner last night. the food was excellent coming out hot, nice portions and very good taste. relaxing atmosphere, the service was excellent, our waitress was pleasant, helpful and consistent. very appreciative of the attention. we look very much to our next visit. B.D.

Food was edible but nothing special . Didn't seem Hand made . Slow service . Need more staff
