The Chateau Restaurant Franklin

We have always enjoyed the food at Chateau but this time the sauce was different...much heavier and the pasta especially the gnocchi were not as good as years past.

The surf and turf was excellent! My wife had the trio #2 which was also excellent. We have been there a few times and always had a great meal.

Our Waiter was young and seemed new. He Kept forgetting everything yet NO ONE WAS THERE really, It was A Monday at 6:00. Had to ask a few times for things. Never brought me SweetNLow asked twice Seafood Trio was Not good. at best OK i didn't get sick. Served with NO Sdes, Zero, Dinners served with white breade not Italia , No Salad, No Cole SLAW, No Vegetable ....Nothing ...so "not much food" for $28: "Small" bay scallops like 5-6, 2 TWO "Small" Shrimps, menu stated Stuffed Shrimp, more like bread crumbs just sprinkled over small shrimp. The Scrod or some sort of white-ish fish that was over cooked and needed to be scrapped OFF metal small dish it was all presented in . Loaded with Butter and that's ALL I could taste Should have had the Trio Italian .. won't eat seafood here again. I do come here 6-8 times a year plus too. First really poor dinner

Can’t leave a review when we never got our food…

Place was empty and waited 45 minutes for our appetizer that never came.

It’s also rather unprofessional for wait staff to have a contentious conversation on the floor in front of customers.

Being a NewYorker, usually going out of State means horrible Italian food. What a pleasant surprise. Food was great, service was great. All and all a great dining experience.

We came for the Early Bird Specials and were amazed by the amount of food we received. Not only large portions, but terrific food. We will definitely be back.

We had our first Team meal here during a recent tournament for our 18U hockey team and their families. Management and staff did a wonderful job hosting us on short notice and the service was phenomenal. Kudos to the fine folks at The Chateau, helped create an amazing afternoon and memory for our group. 10/10 would recommend, the chicken parm is elite.
