Only took about 5 mins to get to place my order at the drive through. Easy order. 2 medium fries and an order of chicken strips. Apparently no strips were available, so I was told to pull forward and they'd bring them out. Cars come and go. I'm sitting there for a minimum of 10 mins. Someone brings out my bag and goes back in kinda quick. I pull away and check my bag. 2 orders of strips. No fries. Get out of my car to go inside. Door's locked. At this point, it's late & the line is now going around the building. Thanks, Wendy's.

Nice staff and good service. Better than other nearby big drive thru chains , imho. BK and TB nearby aren’t as good as this Wendy’s.

this place can’t get an order right to save their life, been coming semi consistently for 10 years, i would say only 50% of the time is everything right, it’s always been that way.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for one junior bacon cheeseburger. Finally got it and she takes my card puts it in the machine to pay and then walks away for another 10 minutes serving customers inside. The level of incompetence is unreal I had to sit there for 5 minutes and watch her serve people when she could have just handed me my card after It beeped after she put it in the machine after one second.
