I don’t even know where to start! I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts from when the shop First opened till close. Then moved across the street. Amanda is The manager she’s a very sweet lady very very nice. However very poor judgment when it comes to hiring employees . because she hires very young girls. Went there on 1/24/24 @ 3pm the girl that was working there at 5he time was very rude and disrespectful to elders gave me 5 ice cubes in my ice coffee and threw the change on the counter like she was mad I ask for half a cup of ice cubes not 5 cubes we will not return there again. Thanks

The manager there currently (Feb 2024) is well.. rude. But other than that the only mistakes they’ve ever gotten on my order is not adding the correct amount of sugar into my tea or giving me an extra donut when they have extra. I highly recommend ordering online and getting the points. The wait times when you don’t use the app may be a bit annoying especially in the mornings.
