I have gone to the same dunkins for years now.
The last few months they have gone down hill.
staff is constantly changing, all the good people are gone :(
my order is rarely correct, and I order the same thing every time.
I have seen one person, wipe his nose with his hand, then ask to take my order, like no thank you! employees coughing in their hands and not washing them before taken an order. sticking their fingers in cups, etc.

just went through drive thru & listened to the window cashier: what if I do not make enough FU×KING tips...needless to say. she didn't get one from me...WOW
