I have gone to the same dunkins for years now.
The last few months they have gone down hill.
staff is constantly changing, all the good people are gone :(
my order is rarely correct, and I order the same thing every time.
I have seen one person, wipe his nose with his hand, then ask to take my order, like no thank you! employees coughing in their hands and not washing them before taken an order. sticking their fingers in cups, etc.

Again I did not get the coffee I ordered and there was not enough milk in my coffee and the clerk even repeated my order. I burnt the inside of my upper lip to the point it blistered. I'm done before you kill someone. Really how hard is it to pour a cup of coffee. I have thrown so much money away on Dunkin Donuts only to have to throw my coffee away. DONE!!!!
