Do NOT order sesame chicken from this restaurant. It normally should take about 15-20 minutes to prepare and cook and have a crispy shell to the chicken pieces. My order arrived within 5 minutes. Each piece was soft and chewy as if it had been prepared in advance and reheated in a microwave. It was the only bad experience I have had with my favorite dish which I have ordered in numerous other restaurants from Maine to Florida.

I love this place. I eat here fairly often when I have a chance. Decent portions and always very well made. There are a few Chinese restaurants here in Gardner, but they stand out with their menu options like the dim sum. I usually get a number 7; it is my go-to. I highly recommend this place.

The food Is great and the prices are reasonable. I had the Peking Ravioli (Steamed/Large) and they were massive and tasty. The Crab Rangoons were very tasty with just a hint of sweetness, which was a change for me, but a welcome one. The Spring Rolls had a different taste that I just can't put my finger on. A little crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with some spice/sweetness that is new to me? Not bad at all, just different. Their hot mustard is hot, just takes a moment to kick in, but it does. I found the duck sauce to be watered down and did not care for it. I did not try the Pork Fried Rice or the other food items that came in the Poo Poo Platters we got, but everyone else enjoyed them with no complaints. We ordered food from the parking lot as the website is a bit tricky to navigate, but the food was hot and ready in 15 minutes. My only major complaint is an over charge on my purchase, which I didn't notice til I reviewed my bank transactions the next day. Our bill came to $87.62, which the paper receipt clearly states, but we were charged $ 97.62. This was not a delivery, but a pick-up. It's not that big of a deal for me to call and complain, but I will mention it next time we order there. Either an employee error, or perhaps this restaurant is following the increasing trend of automatically attaching a gratuity to its customers bills? If the latter is the case, be advised, customers are not legally obligated to pay that gratuity.

Ordering ahead doesn't mean anything here, and the establishment is obviously poorly managed.
We ordered food 10 hours ahead of time for pickup on New Year's Eve, and when we arrived for our pickup we where told it would be another 30-45 minutes past our pickup time.
Having a little extra wait on New Year's wouldn't have been a big deal, but being lied to is, because after an hour we inquired only to find they hadn't even started making our order. In the time we stood there waiting we watched multiple people who hadn't placed their order hours ahead of time walk out with their food. We couldn't wait any longer, so we requested a refund, and the manager couldn't even be bothered to face their customer who up to this point has spent hundreds of dollars at their establishment since they opened in 2024.
We had been loyal customers here since they opened, but we will be giving all our future business, and recommendations to one of the other quality Asian food restaurants that are also within the city.

We ordered for the first time on New Year’s Eve. They were super busy but we still got hot, delicious food without a super long wait. I loved that they can do cocktails to go. We will be back.

Four Season is a true gem. Their food arrives hot (very very hot!) And fast. I am sick with a cold and their wonton soup was perfect for me - a delicate broth with tons of wonton filled with flavorful meat. I got the hot and sour soup for tomorrow and its so good - a perfect peppery heat. They are the only place I've ever had good scallion pancakes - crispy and flavored with scallion, not greasy or soggy or burnt. Truly an impressive feat for delivery! I love the variety they offer - try something new from them, you might find your new favorite. Their mu shi is excellent, as is the mei fun (my favorite is the curry) and they even do dim sum! I feel very fortunate to have Four Seasons in Gardner.

Wow the food quality is even better than it was last year today I got 2 meals for only $21.89 and it was great, I can't believe they have surpassed my usual Chinese American take out restaurant in Gardner. Whatever brand of cooking oil they use is decent, I did not get any indigestion from even deep fried food here and the rice was fresh

Great Chinese takeout. Highly recommended the coconut shrimp. They have tons of lunch/dinner combinations that are reasonably priced.
