Terrible customer service!!! Pizza wasn’t delivered after two hours. I spoke to a girl who didn’t seem to care at all and then the manager who shared the same dissonance. Both told me “we said it would be an hour for delivery!” TWO HOURS LATER AND STILL NO PIZZA! 🍕 Will not be returning. Clearly, they need to get training on customer service skills. Very unimpressed.
don’t order pomodoris from the georetown location. order from newburyport or ipswich location (it’s a different owner not affiliated with the georgetown one) the georgetown pomos is HORRIBLE service. Extremely unprofessional customer service, the manager is awful. The entire staff is rude they should not be running a restaurant with a staff like this. I went in to pick up food from Pomodori Georgetown, but when I got home and unpacked the order, I noticed that the soup had been placed upside down in the bag, causing it to spill everywhere on my table because the cap was soggy all the way through. I called the restaurant and politely asked if they could replace the soup and the large curly fries that were covered in soup due to their mistake.
