We sat outdoors and enjoyed lunch overlooking the scenic harbor. Our friendly server, Pilar made excellent recommendations. The interior features local artists’ works. Do yourself the favor, stop by to enjoy local culture and experience this culinary gem!

I absolutely love coming to 51 Rocky Neck. Such a treasure in Gloucester. It’s convenient because you can pull up your boat to the restaurant in the summers, beautiful view, location, great staff, and great food! Also! Check out their evenings when they have live music!

This place has a great, relaxing atmosphere along with hospitable, friendly staff and delicious food. I had a drink and an appetizer at the bar and it was a really nice experience. They have a beautiful patio on the water and I’ll definitely be back to check that out next. 10/10 recommend!

I recently dined at 51 Rocky Neck in Gloucester and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure our glasses were always full and our needs were met.
But the star of the show was definitely the calamari. It was the best I have ever had - perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, and had shrimp, and sweet potatoes in it! Wow! It was clear that the chefs at 51 Rocky Neck know what they're doing in the kitchen.
Overall, I highly recommend 51 Rocky Neck to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a great setting. I will definitely be returning soon to try more of their menu offerings.
Burratta, mussels, scallops, watermelon salad and smash burger were good. The food service was good. I think the host maybe had a bad day? They get us all.
