Great coffee and breakfast.

They always give me the wrong order. It has happened 4-5 times in 2 months. Ridiculous! I have had to throw away the food more than once because I didn't have time to go back.

We stopped at Cape Ann Coffees for lunch one day while visiting the area. The menu above the counter offered a great many choices, and the sandwiches that we ordered were delicious. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the short wait-time for our order to be prepared. We went back again for lunch the following day.

Early August I needed a cup of coffee and a quick snack on the way to Rockport, and saw the Cape Ann Coffee flag on Bass Ave. The parking was so easy, my Americano was better than I've had in a long time, and the food was fresh and very tasty. I'll certainly make that stop a priority again.

We make this our must stop on the way to the beach. Their coffees, breakfast, and bagels .... are all great.

I go to Cape Ann Coffee frequently for coffee, but this time I stopped for lunch. I ordered at the check-in desk, ordering gluten free soup and gluten free sandwich. The check-in then sends the orders to people who make up the items, and either they or a third part brings the foods. When they brought my soup I saw two bigs of crackers (not gluten free), and when they brought my sandwich, the bread did not look familiar so I brought it to the counter and asked, and was told it was NOT gluten free. Somewhere between my order being given and delivered, the gluten free requirement was lost. This is a dangerous arrangement in my opinion; there needs to be better training for handling special diets. This is a good place for most people, but be very careful if you are on a special diet.

Cute shop with a drive thru. Coffee is good, and they have tea and hot chocolate. There's space to dine inside and outside. Parking is limited, but there's parking behind the fence in the back with an open spot to walk through. Might be dog friendly outside, but we took our order to go.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free and gluten free options.

So grateful to have a local small-business coffee DRIVE-THRU in Gloucester! With a baby whose bedt naps are in the car, drive thru's are the BEST and it's nice to support a local business for less $$ than the big chains!

I love this Coffee Shop! The food was delicious and the coffee is so good. And the staff is THE NICEST staff I have experienced in a very long time. So kind and helpful. They definitely go above and beyond. I can't wait to go back!
