Ordered online twice, had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes each time after arriving. With the exception of the chips somehow always being stale??, the food is really good.

Food is a little on the lukewarm side but that’s what a microwave is for. Depends on when you go but I got my food within 5 minutes without an online order.

It’s 2pm on a Monday, It was me and one other customer and the staff didn’t have any food prepared- no rice, no meat, no dressing and they were on their phones instead of checking me out. The last few times have been great with different staff

The food on the line was basically scraps, lukewarm at best. The service also fell short, and the portions were quite disappointing. We came in for the BOGO deal and were still charged for both bowls, even though we arrived three minutes early, and we were informed after we were charged. We tried to wait to get the deal, but the employee said they couldn’t do anything since we had already paid, which was unfair and frustrating. I was also charged for guac on my veggie bowl, which is included. Overall, very disappointed.

Getting way better! When they first opened, it was a bit of a mess, but going there last night at 6, I had an amazing experience. The dining room was very clean, and the bathrooms looked freshly cleaned. The food was also amazing. I’ve seen people talk about their rice being crispy, and I hesitated at first, but I gave it a try — and let’s just say it was great. On top of that, the manager made me feel like a regular. My wife and I will definitely be coming back!

Walk in at 930, there's literally no meat available. I ask them what time they close, they laughingly say 11, how lazy can you be? I get not prepping fresh meat like 15 minutes before close but with a full hour and a half to go? Why even be open then?

Service terribly slow, food was cold. All the containers in the case were empty and they scraped the scraps into our order. Two of the orders were wrong. I was sick all night too… never go here!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an online order, and nearly everything was wrong. My tacos were the wrong shells, missing ingredients, and completely thrown together. My bowl looked like soup — wrong protein, wrong rice, and covered in sour cream despite asking for light. The steak was cold (I didn’t even order steak, I ordered chicken) and the lettuce barely there. To make it worse, I got 2 large drinks and the machine didn’t even have ice. When I arrived to pick up the order at the time it told me to. the staff hadn’t even started it, (they had no other costumers) and the restaurant was messy with food and trash on the floor. The food was so bad we couldn’t even eat it.

Waste of money. Spent $21 for this square pressed panini looking thing. Paid $7 for extra steak. 6 pieces of meat- I counted. Rice was crunchy and meat was all fat. They’re new I get it but train your employees better. I can come in and show you how to roll a burrito.
