You pay the same sort of prices you do at other pizza places, but you don't get nearly the same thing. It's too bad because Maria's was once one of my family's favorites. Now we go elsewhere.

There is no debate about who has the best pizza in Gloucester, it’s been Delaney’s forever. Every single pizza they have is superior. The thin crust, the sauce, everything about it is perfect for a pizza.
The chicken bacon ranch pizza though is on another level, highly recommend trying this one. My go-to pizza in town and always has been 🍕
The best pizza on Cape Ann. The people who have written bad reviews don’t understand this style of pizza.

Only gave them 1 star would've given 0 but you can't. Its not good at all and its a pathetic excuse for "pizza". The garlic bread wasn't even garlic bread it was just a pizza covered in cheese. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Come to NY we know how to make pizza.

The smell outside the pizza shop is what drew me in, it smells so enticing, and the pizza does a lot of things right. I think the sauce is interesting, not to sweet not too much basil or pepper and not bland. The cheese is great and it's not too greasy. The problem I have is with their crust. It's thin crust which I'm fine with but it didn't have much to write home about. There wasn't much crunch to it and it was just very dull. It definitely would not be my first choice, but if someone offered I wouldn't be a grump about it.
