the food and coffee are good and as expected. the service did take quite a while, but they were really busy today. there wasn't to much space for a big crowd so it was also pretty stuffy in there but that's all stuff that's out of there control. I only had one issue with one of the staff I asked of when she could if I could get and uber bag and cup holder and she gave me attitude and said she has a lot of cups to do and walked away about 5 minutes later I asked another person and they got it immediately while still working and being busy

love this dunks I go every morning for my coffee and sandwich the pretty girls up front know my order and have it made almost before I walk in the door and my guy on sandwiches always quick with it . my favorite dunks in Gloucester

Obviously, nobody's checking your reviews, there's no way nice to say this, this location sucks. Maybe the manager should stop socializing with customers and run her store. Haven't been at this location in some years, now I remember why I stopped coming.
I've been in here a few time recently with an energetic toddler and they were extremely kind and tolerant of his running around while we were the only people inside. The customer service is reliably very good in my experience and my order correct. I'm sad they chose to remove the seating though.

You guys have to start put straw on the uber eats orden. This is the secod time I got a ice coffe and there is not straw .
