I went to this location tonight after a long day. We ordered a latte and hot coffee. I asked about the senior discount for my mom ( today is her 67th birthday). They gave her the discount, said happy birthday, gave her a free donut and wrote happy birthday on her cup! What nice gestures and thoughtful staff!!

A woman with "red" hair didn't have a cap on with long long hair preparing food. The cashier at the drive though is rude, the older lady with short grey hair. Food is ok. Often they add bacon on egg and cheese, as a vegetarian we asked for new sandwich as they just pulled the bacon off and clearly could see the imprint on the cold cheese. Gross.

This used to be the best DD. However, for the 2nd time in a week I ordered 3 Dunkin Midnights and just got three what appears to be hot water with a boatload of cream and no coffee. Told that there’s nothing they can do if I don’t like their coffee it’s not their problem. I do like your coffee - when you actually serve me coffee.

Purchased breakfast sandwiches without bacon and there was bacon on them. Most employees did not have a hair net or hat on as one was twirling her long hair and putting a muffin in a bag. Would like a refund to go to a different location dunks. Thank you.

Staff worked like robots. No pleasantries at all. I asked a staff member a question and he was either deaf (which is understandable) or decided to ignore me.
