It says temporarily closed but it looks permanently closed; they're taking down the signs. Too bad. I ordered the iced macchiato daily and they got it right every time, which often wasn't true of other locations. On the bright side, the Happy Humpback Cafe across the street will get more business.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I have ever had this location is beyond slow they never have anything thawed out. How can you not have 80% of your offerings due to them all bringing frozen at a fast food coffee place? I have gone many times at 12 to find 80% of there offerings unavailable due to it all being frozen. The one reason to go to a dunks is for it’s speed and they failed at that, And at 100% normal amount of staff this morning. These locations have decided that training is not necessary apparently.

Dirty dirty dirty ...come on people this is the twenty first century magnolia, bathrooms dont work and disgusting. This is something you would expect in Roxbury not here. You dont have certain items which is standard stuff ON THE MENU ! The employees are fine, thet are working for knuckleheads running the place.
