6/5 Stars! Fantastic food, incredibly fresh lobster, could taste the difference even in the appetizer rolls. The house hummus was delicious, the added garlic is genius. Our server was very knowledgeable, had excellent recommendations for the picky eaters at our table.
Lovely Bartendrrss was Terrific. Great decision for Restaurant Manager having her run the Bar. Has the right approach. Everyone was happy with her juggling many fancy cocktails ?

Another amazing meal at one of Main Street Gloucester’s restaurants. Had both appetizer and entree off of daily specials. The haddock chowder was rich and creamy. Halibut was grilled and seasoned to perfection. Always a treat stopping here. See you soon.

We had a reservation on a slow night and were promptly warmly greeted and taken to our already-set-up table.My wife and I had expected to have a salad and a burge, but were enticed by the delicious tuna and haddock specials. The service was warm and prompt, the room a little funky but comfortable, and the prices very reasonable.Take a shot!

10 out of 10. Best dining experience and scratch cooking I've had in years. Halibut special with scampi sauce, asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes. Tuna sashimi perfectly quick seared with a side salad and mashed potatoes. All desserts made in house - so hard to choose, but the key lime pie was a perfect end. Three of us dined in last night and raved about our meals even after we left. The Franklin is worth every penny and calorie. Highly recommend.
