Totally hit the spot and always such a great place to come hang out with friends. The live music was great and the food was delicious! My only complaint is that the haddock was a bit rubbery and the lobster roll completely fell apart but at least it was delicious

What a gem. The food was incredible. Both chowders, were amazing. The haddock was SO fresh and clean. Just white, flakey deliciousness, no ‘fishy’ taste/odor. Staff was really friendly and atmosphere was a vibe!

The food was excellent — the lobster rolls were delicious. But the attitude of the staff completely ruined the experience. The waiter was extremely rude. We wanted to eat outside, and he abruptly said, “No.” Then we decided to take the food to go, and he rudely added, “But don’t you dare eat it on the restaurant’s property.” Excuse me, what? I just wanted to enjoy the nice weather and the view, not sit indoors. It’s a shame because the food was excellent, but the staff’s attitude made me never want to return.

I can not get over how incredible our meal was! My friends and I were away for a girls trip and we stayed in Gloucester and all over my TikTok showed this place was the best lobster roll in town! We will be forever dreaming about our meal that day! My friends each got a lobster roll and I got the Lobster corn chowder! It was so delicious! I can’t wait to make another trip and take my family here! Thank you so much for a great lunch!

We attended a private function at the Gloucester House. The food was great with a beautiful presentation. Staff were helpful and attentive. Beautiful harbor view with a deck and the inside was appropriately decorated with sea-going theme.

Lobster Roll (cold) and Shrimp platter. Both came with a mountain of fries. The was pumped up for the lobster roll. The plus - thing was overstuffed, plus some. Lot's of lobster. A little too much mayo for my taste. In retrospect I would have probably been better off with the 'hot' roll. The girl taking my order suggested the cold over the hot though. I would have hoped for some Cole slaw, salad mix or something on the side. Been happy to get fewer fries with some slaw rather than so many fries. Anyhow, the meal the two meals and one bottle of water was $70+. I guess that is more or less the going rate. The venue (outside on the back deck) set a good mood for the meal.
