We were so pleasantly surprised by this place just this weekend. The bagels and donuts are really good - best I've had in the area. We usually in the past have settled for frozen bagels from the grocery store - far better than the rubbish at Dunkin - but everything here is well worth the trip. Delicious food, great prices, polite, friendly and interesting staff; all that with reasonable prices.

Food is great but have had some service issues. And expensive. A dozen donuts is like 26 dollars that's not much of a quantity discount. Have been charged different amounts for the same order due to cashier mistakes. Order can be wrong from time to time. And they should warm their ham before they put it in a breakfast sandwich. They put a freezing cold piece of ham that cools down the whole sandwich
This place is fast fresh and great service specially every time I'm in here in on the go go. In and out baby. And the food and drinks are always delicious 😋 Never been disappointed ever. Great job

They have a ~4 inch curb at their door that isn't marked or highlighted or anything -- fell on my way going in and walked right out after that
The young woman in the glasses is a jerk. She made a mistake and yelled at me as if I control the register.

Two bacon egg, and cheese sandwiches to go. How hard can that be? It’s a bagel shop not a clothing store. Got home to find they added thick cream cheese that melted all through both sandwiches. Cream cheese was not mentioned in the order. Thought we would treat ourselves to a breakfast sandwich since we usually eat home for breakfast every day. Done with Jim’s and sticking with George’s!

I have no idea why people like this place. This has to be the absolute most disgusting bagel shop, and all of New England. Better bagel sandwiches at home with ingredients from Walmart. Bagels tasted awful, barely any egg on the bagel at all. Very thin! Staff put way too much cream in the coffee too. What is going on here? I just chalk this up to Another Taurus trap restaurant, which is probably the only reason these people are still in business.. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

The food here is good… the girls working there are some of the rudest service industry people I’ve ever encountered.

We've been coming here for years and I'm shocked to see all of these low reviews. The baked goods are way beyond good, they are excellent and never disappoint. If you occasionally walk into a grumpy worker early in the morning, so what!?They are all nice people, who provide such delicious food, and I certainly can't say that I'm always at my best, early in the morning! Try the lobster tails, they are amazing and will change your life!

Visiting the area and was hungry for some bagels from a local shop. We saw the reviews but decided to give it a chance anyway. Glad we did! Bagels were delicious, service was fast and friendly. Will come back if we're ever in the area.
