First time ordering and I must say that Dil was super nice handling the call while taking my order. Pizza was delicious as well as the Philly Cheese Sub with Mushroom, Green Pepper and Onion. The Buffalo Wings as well as the Garden Salad was also on point. Dil also sent me goodies on my order. What a surprise. Will definitely order from here again. There’s a lot of competition out there, but not a great service like the one I received today. Thank You!
My lamb Gyro and Greek salad were very good. My wife enjoyed her eggplant Parm sub. Service was excellent. They were quick and since I tested positive for covid, they carried my dinner out to my car.

Ever since there has been new ownership in 2023 the quality of the pizza has gone down. The crust is no longer homemade. It tastes like Papa Ginos pizza; nothing special like it used to be. The service people are rude.

This has been one of my Gloucester favorites for years. We got a pizza a week ago and it was decent. This time, the order took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive, and it was only barely warm on arrival. The crust was burnt - I mean black. Not ordering from hear again for a long while.

Great people but the food was under-cooked, appetizers were cooked before the rest of the food was done and was soggy when we brought it home, and pizza was burned. Not happy with our choice of evening meal.

I'd give zero stars if I could. It's a great place to go if you plan on spending the rest of your evening on the toilet while holding a puke bucket because of the violent sludge coming from both ends. You can tell the place is a wreck but it's like one of the spots where " it looks rough but the food is great" nope! This place leaves you feeling as crusty as their bathroom.

I’ve had really great food here in the past which makes this even more upsetting. I ordered well before their cutoff time (usually stop accepting delivery orders at 8:30, my order was placed around 7:20, getting my email confirmation at 7:23pm) I was given the ETA of 8:08pm for the delivery, but gave them some le way as they in the past have taken about an hour post order placement. Around 8:40pm I decided to call them to see if I could get an update on the delivery, as there were festivities going on downtown so I imagined they’d be running a bit behind. It rang about 3-4 times before I was sent to voicemail. I tried again a few minutes later, and after the ringing was greeted with loud dial-up type sounds before the line went dead. At this point it’s about 8:50 and I’m getting a bit desperate so I used their messaging app as a last ditch effort to get through to someone, with no answer. I waited outside until about 9:20 until I called it a quits and assumed they weren’t coming. I’ll be calling tomorrow in hopes to get a refund.
