Drive through is to slow and orders are NEVER READY or CORRECT!! Service is horrible and lazy!! Definitely the WORST McDonald’s on the EAST COAST hand down!!!

Something is always missing or made wrong/horribly. Staff does not care. Even ordering a simple meal on the app ahead will not help them get anything correct. Only option in town late night and no matter how many chances you give the place it will let you down every time. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

I think they want to close. I’ve been to this McDonald’s out of desperation and always dread having to go. Gloucester has nothing open late so I have to come here and every single time it’s terrible. Like every item is just the worst. Worst fries worst burgers worst everything. I don’t know what’s going on over there but I’ve never been more frustrated with a McDonald’s. Just figure it out??? I’m tried to post a picture of how absolutely disgusting this mcchicken is but I can’t. Just covered in mayo completely and totallly -7 stars

The service wasn’t so bad, but they asked my family to go ahead and wait for a Carmel Frappe we had ordered and never gave it to us. The chicken nuggets were not good and my brothers Big Mac had multiple strands of hair. Horrible Mcdonald’s i do not recommend going here.
We ordered 5 meals with 5 drinks and 4 fries. We received 4 meals and 5 drinks despite repeating it multiple times at the order box and again at the window. After checking the bag, they refused to give us the last sandwich. I'll never stop here again.
