Food was good service was a joke almost every person working there were joking around being loud unprofessional. Also there was 12 young kids all running around inside the restaurant and not one of them had even 2 French fri in front of them. Why are they there,no food no hangout, that's how it should be. I'm not eating inside anymore, I'm go8ng through the drive though from here on out!! It's too bad

What a disgrace seeing my hometown micky d's turn out like this. You can't even dine in there with your grandchildren because of all the kids that hang inside of there swearing hanging around acting like getto bums even almost was rundown from a boy on his skateboard inside the dining area. It is unbelievable. In Desperate need of a new manager who will make these kids to stop hanging around swearing and going around like they own the place. This is. A restaurant, not a place to entertain teens.

I am 72 years old and have been eating McDonald's since I was a you man when the signs read, "Over One Million Sold." This McDonald's in Gloucester, MA is by far finest McDonald's I have ever eaten at. The sandwiches were hot, the fries were plentiful, and my Hi C drink was cold, even without ice.
Parking: Drove right in and got a spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was an accessible ramp.

Lady at night thinks I'm homeless.im a 2nd shifter and i don't have a car so when I get out of work I sometimes take a risk and ask at window for order. I'm machinist that makes 26/hr. I tried to give her card she waved me off and gave me a small bag of fries out the side of the window like I scared her or something.i was confused but whatever I'll take em I guess.walked away and almost immediately puked off first bite it was ice cold and had a soggy rot taste to it.this whole "need to drive to eat" at night in Gloucester thing sucks man.im loosing weight at a rapid pace.Not what it used to be.if u stay to eat and watch counter during day you'll see TONS of entitled kids ask for free food and get it.your Gona have a whole generation of free loaders cause of first shift and a ton of starving 2nd shifters at night cause of 2nd shift smh and they lock doors way earlier then the store hours and have partys in back.day time manager super nice.i can tell he's trying to give certain people a chance at a job but they are taking serious advantage of him.hope he gets to retires before it burns down.its like a zoo in there.other lady in reviews thinks businesses lock bathroom cause of junkies but they're still allowed in as long as they buy a burger.lmao every business locks bathroom doors lady.they arent available to non paying customers and it's to hard to contain because the bathroom door is next to an enter/exit door that's out of sight.so they lock it to force the would be "non paying customers" that aren't spotted to ask at front counter smh use your head lady. We stopped in for ice cream because that's what my kid decided she wanted for dessert. The entire restaurant was dirty. Every table had some sort of food residue on it. Seats were dirty. Trash on the floor. We had to go get napkins and water from the soda machine to clean a table. Service was a little slow, but the person who brought us over the ice creams was very pleasant. They even brought a second ice cream because the first one fell over onto the tray.
