My new favorite place to get general tsos tofu! They keep the tofu seperate from the sauce and rice so it doesn't get soggy which no other restaurant has done when I get take out. :-) the sauce was definitely house made, the tofu was crispy and chewy, the amount of sauce they gave was very generous. For $16 it'll last me 3 meals. Huge portion of tofu. So delicious.

Im not one to get chinese food and normally opt for their sushi for take out. Tonight I got something I haven't eaten in probably a decade- general tso chicken. Delicious- juice thick cuts, light breading, no grisly fried bits!

I've stopped in a few times now before I go to work, and each time is absolutely lovely. I had only come in once before and Jason recognized me and was incredibly sweet, even pointed out a luncheon deal I had missed and I was able to have leftovers on my break. I came in after work tonight to beat the cold while I wait for the train and once again Jason greeted me warmly! The hot and sour soup is my go-to, always full of mushrooms and has a spice that isn't overwhelming but soothes the soul so well. If you haven't been in yet I cannot recommend it enough!!!

Very great spot! The beef udon noodles, avocado tuna roll and Tofu were really tasty! Also the mai thai I heard is great, the gloucester iced tea was good

Oh my God it was my first time there I sat in there with my daughter and we got chicken fingers side of rice and I actually brought a Big Gulp in there for a Gatorade nobody said a word to me they were all very nice the food was outstanding the waiter was so nice and I forgot my glasses and my daughter ran in and the ladies were so nice and they said we've had them right here cuz we know you were going to come back everything all in all I give it a 10 out of 10 I don't know what made me not go there before but my daughter kept bugging me to go so we went and I'm definitely going to be going back thank you so much for your service everyone the best Chinese food in Gloucester

2nd time there, greeter called me overweight when I walked in. I called her rude. After I took my meal, I said I would not be back.
We came as a family of 5 for lunch, the waitress was kind and smiling, the atmosphere in the restaurant is really pleasant and very clean. There are two huge screens in the area where you eat, which was a bit disturbing because they broadcast things that slightly disturbed us from eating...but the food was really tasty and fresh. Recommend

We had a great sushi meal here at Midori! The staff were incredibly friendly and attended us promptly and the eel avocado was a delightful balance of savory flavor and cool smooth texture. This place seemed very popular with the locals on a Saturday night, so you know you've come to the right place.
