My favorite place to get a steak tip salad. The serving size makes for a full meal, the tips are always tender, and the pita bread is amazing.

Came in yesterday to order a sub and staff were very unreasonably rude and unprofessional. After finding my sub was missing things I had asked them to do prior, the cashier had a huge attitude and responded very inappropriately. I will not be returning.

I may be bias on this one ,because it's a long time favorite , If you are in Gloucester as a tourist, visiting friends or family please don't miss the opportunity to enjoy great food and friendly staff of Mike's place , I recommend chicken Alfredo, for lunch or breakfast sub for morning

This place has been totally inconsistent with their open times and the food. I got a cheeseburger sub and the bread was soggy and was just a complete mess. Burger was dry as well. I’m not a food critic but if you can’t handle opening on time and making a good cheeseburger sub then I fear for the future of this business.

Top marks for ingredients, quantity, and seasoning given the price points. Chicken kabob salads or roast beef sandwiches are my usuals; they’re tremendous— good value and consistency. Sure, orders can get crossed when they’re slammed, but all and all Mike’s gets top marks. Nice folks! Highly recommend.

Ordered delivery. After an hour and no delivery, I called. "Oh he already delivered that" um, no he didn't. She called me back after calling the driver and said SHE made a mistake "because it's busy here" And "my food just left" So 20 more minutes later, it showed up, wrong. Steak not teriyaki, but plain and burger tasted like fish and was so dry, with half sour pickles. Gross. Not to mention, so cold. Will be a long, long time until we're back.
