We had our first Oak to Ember experience the other night, and we’re generally favorably impressed. The cocktails were excellent,m - I think I have found a new favorite in The Buzz - and the tuna tartare appetizer was terrific, served with house-made potato chips which was a really nice touch… and there were enough of them!!. It disappeared fast enough that I failed to get a picture of it, but it was ample.

This place has something for everyone! Our table had eggs Benedict with fried potatoes that were out of this world. The huevos rancheros included hand made soft tacos (corn or wheat) and the coffee is good too!

We had high hopes for this place based on the reviews, but both the food and the service were very mediocre. While the calamari was good, the burger was small for $22. Overall there is nothing special about the food. Our waitress also brought our check super early. The menu and prices on the website were also different than at the restaurant, so overall we were not impressed.
