I usually come online a couple times a year and write a few reviews, Starbucks came to my mind. It isn’t the food or drinks I’m talking about here, it’s the service. The Gloucester Starbucks has some of the nicest people I’ve met hands down. No more needs to be said
Newer Starbucks, so I expect that they are working out the kinks. I have been there twice now. The first time Wifi wasn't working at all. They even tried reseting it for me, but it did not help - I had to use phone as a hotspot and burn up data to get anything done. Drinks and food are always good, baristas are always friendly and appears that they enjoy their work (which is important for a positive environment). Second time visiting, Wifi too slow to get work done well....
