if I could give ZERO stars I would. Food was ok, service was HORRIBLE. server seemed like we were bothering her the whole time. Food didn’t come out at same time. Didn’t get a refill once. Didn’t come over ask if we needed anything, anything about our food. Skipped around the table when taking food orders as well. Horrible service. Will never come again. As someone who tips GREATLY, service is based off of tips!

Stopped by for a drink after walking around. The dishwasher was down and that had zero effect on my review. The lady tending bar I believe her name was Angie would not stop complaining about literally everything perhaps she should find a place to work that makes her happier? It ruined the moment and made us leave quickly.

Came in from Columbus Ohio late looking for a place to eat and watch the late football game. Accidentally stumbled on this place and couldn’t have been a better experience. Talked with several very friendly people and the staff was just as great. We split a 1/2 lb burger and fries and it was great. And the kicker was that they switched a TV for us “out of towners” and we got to watch our game.

My boyfriend has lived in Gloucester his whole life. We are always looking for places to eat so we tried this place. We will NEVER go back. Food was ok the staff so bad that we will not be back. The waitress came finally over she looked like we were bothering her it took over half hr for her to take our order we got our drinks then she left.
Was passing through Gloucester with my wife and we stopped here for dinner. The food was good, the the drinks were also nice, but what really stood out to us was our server. She said it was her first day, but she was attentive, approachable, patient and very friendly. We had a great time! The atmosphere was very relaxed and the noise level was very low, so you can hear everything your companion says.

My husband and I just returned home from eating dinner at this establishment. What a cozy pub and I love the array of games. There was a dad and young son playing checkers. They also had Backgammon which we love to play but we were eating dinner at the bar. My husband had a cheeseburger and I had their special sandwich of the day which was corned beef on a pumpernickel roll with sweet potato fries and a horseradish/mayo dipping sauce. Both were plentiful and tasty. We started our eating adventure with two tequila cosmos and their appetizer special, garlic and parmesan wings. Excellent! Kayla, our bartender was adorable-with every song playing overhead, she was singing to it. They were playing pop songs from the 90's. Kayla was also efficient and made a great cocktail. I sat next to a regular who was very friendly and told us everything on the menu is great! Michael and I will definitely be back! The prices too are fair and the cocktail was $13 which is reasonable.

My partner and I were super hungry on our way back home from rockport and we stumbled upon this place. At 4.6 we were willing to give it a shot. Food was not good. Clam chowder was alright, but Mac and cheese and both the pulled pork sandwich and chicken club were mediocre. The worst part was the Mac and cheese and the pulled pork wasn’t even hot. It was clearly reheated but not well. I can’t speak to the bar side but the food left us disappointed. Our waitress was great though.
