Came in from Columbus Ohio late looking for a place to eat and watch the late football game. Accidentally stumbled on this place and couldn’t have been a better experience. Talked with several very friendly people and the staff was just as great. We split a 1/2 lb burger and fries and it was great. And the kicker was that they switched a TV for us “out of towners” and we got to watch our game.
Was passing through Gloucester with my wife and we stopped here for dinner. The food was good, the the drinks were also nice, but what really stood out to us was our server. She said it was her first day, but she was attentive, approachable, patient and very friendly. We had a great time! The atmosphere was very relaxed and the noise level was very low, so you can hear everything your companion says.
My husband and I just returned home from eating dinner at this establishment. What a cozy pub and I love the array of games. There was a dad and young son playing checkers. They also had Backgammon which we love to play but we were eating dinner at the bar. My husband had a cheeseburger and I had their special sandwich of the day which was corned beef on a pumpernickel roll with sweet potato fries and a horseradish/mayo dipping sauce.
