Was passing through Gloucester with my wife and we stopped here for dinner. The food was good, the the drinks were also nice, but what really stood out to us was our server. She said it was her first day, but she was attentive, approachable, patient and very friendly. We had a great time! The atmosphere was very relaxed and the noise level was very low, so you can hear everything your companion says.
My husband and I just returned home from eating dinner at this establishment. What a cozy pub and I love the array of games. There was a dad and young son playing checkers. They also had Backgammon which we love to play but we were eating dinner at the bar. My husband had a cheeseburger and I had their special sandwich of the day which was corned beef on a pumpernickel roll with sweet potato fries and a horseradish/mayo dipping sauce. decided to give this place a try! it was so good. allison was my bartender. she was great :) i got the pulled pork nachos as an appetizer which was phenomenal. i gave the fig jam & prosciutto panini a try after allison recommended it! would definitely get it again. i’ll definitely go back again!!
