I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with both the cleanliness and service. The establishment appeared poorly maintained, which was concerning. Additionally, after ordering a meal that included a fountain drink, I was only informed after paying that the fountain machine was broken, had no ice, and offered only iced tea as an alternative.
When I politely requested a bottled Coke as a substitute, the staff seemed unable to address the issue, possibly due to a language barrier, and simply shrugged it off with an apology. While I understand technical issues can arise, better communication and a reasonable accommodation for customers would have improved the experience.
Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service left a negative impression, and I would not be inclined to return. I hope management takes steps to improve both maintenance and staff training to provide a better experience for future customers.

I was treated very poorly just because I asked to add vegetables to my sandwich. I never had a problem with any of them, but in this one the girl who served me was very ignorant just because I asked to add vegetables.

just left there on the way to beach the 2 employees were not listening to customers yelling at customers , rushing to take your order just want your money and you to leave no functioning restroom

Just can't believe, taking out his ear bud while making a sandwich. Didn't change his gloves. Told him not to cook the chicken, did it anyways.
Placed an online order. Got home and was missing a cookie we paid for. The club sandwich we ordered had olives we didn’t request, was missing the avocado we paid extra for, and was not toasted.Employees need to read the order more closely.

I love this Subway Sub ,the workers have always and I've lived out here 5 years yet all 5 years this Subway never changed,place is so clean,and all the food is so fresh and people that work there that need a BIG BONUS!
