Great music venue with great staff. But the food not so good. Would definitely go back for another show.

What a great place!! Gloucester definitely needed something like this!! New Year’s Eve last night was great. Can’t say enough about the whole atmosphere.!! 5 Stars ⭐️

Great acts for sure, but the sound engineering is fantastic. You can be anywhere any not get your ears blown out. Fun vibe. Great staff. Try it out even if you don't know the act.

The food took over 20 minutes and the food was soooooo small a mouse would cry

Saw Skunk Sessions Halloween show there. It was my first time there and a fantastic venue. I'll definitely check out more shows there

The Dirty Paloma will make you breath fire! Nice environment interesting music, pool tables, and the gals had a blast with the punching game.

they book fantastic talent- Lez Zeppelin is particularly impressive and they play here often. however the venue itself has some major flaws. the cocktails are very weak and overpriced so if you plan to drink just take shots or get a few beers so you can actually get a buzz going. but more egregious is the seating philosophy: the floor in front of the stage should absolutely NOT be seated/tables. As long as they are, it means that the sedentary are front and center while the most energetic fans looking to dance are forced to the back where the band can't engage with them. A live performance is an interaction of energies between the audience and the musicians: when we place the laziest unmovable people directly in front of the band we rob the performers of the energy and gusto they need from the audience which oftentimes negatively impacts the music. The audience also suffers, those who are the most physically moved by the music are relegated to the farthest corners of the venue. The seating should be in the back and the floor should be standing room only like any respectable venue handles it. The bathrooms are clean, and the downstairs bathroom is large. However, a single stall option would be a nice accomodation.

Great venue to live music.

The place have a nice atmosphere. Having said that, the bar experience was horrible. The pre mixed drink was not drinkable.

Sun 9/14 game time Visiting Gloucester for first time and needed to find a sports bar that had the Bills on. Tried a spot but they only had hook up for Patriots game. I get it. They recommended The Cut. Walked over to the Cut and they brought up all NFL games- Go Bills!. Multiple large TVs. Comfortable areas to watch. People were friendly and service was excellent. Upscale atmosphere. Clean environment. They may be, don’t quote me, the only place to watch multiple sports games in the area. O and had Buffalo wings which were delicious!

Cool place for live entertainment. Food is basically bar food. Burgers, chicken, fries, coleslaw , full bar. Excellent dance floor and sound system out back. Pool tables out front.

My wife and I went to a show at The Cut for the first time ever this summer. It was really fantastic. It's a nice venue, with a great restaurant, and a book really cool acts.

New club space with an awesome dance floor. Generally easy to navigate.
Reprise nailed the sound making it easy to enjoy them from anywhere in the room, even directly in front of the speakers and low stage monitors. Once again, this band set the time machine to bring us back to when Phish playing the Orpheum was their largest venue to date and they had impressive 11 and 16 song lists to prove that they were deserving of the expansion! A lot of tricky/ difficult songs and, to pick one, a remarkably good David Bowie reminded us of Bowie's of yore. May 16, 1992 in August of 2025 was a prodigious undertaking and Reprise and The Cut... DELIVERED~!~
If your favorite musicians are slated to play here, check it out. A well run, clean, and easy club in good ol' Glosta!
