We have traveled 3000 miles in the past five days, hands down this was one of the best places we ate.

The shop has a huge hometown vibe and if you're wanting to experience what being local and how the community takes care of each other, then this is the place to come.

The food was great, nice and fresh and fast.

Wish we lived closer because we would be here often!

We arrived while it was raining. We were a bigger party, but they had a table half could sit at. Instead we were sent to wait outside. When both tables appeared to be available we came back in but were told they were not ready. As soon as the door shut we were waved in.

We were asked if we wanted coffee and we said no. The lady then proceeded to say she needed to know so we said no again.

One person from our group brought in closed drinks. We were told they had to be removed from the restaurant.

When we received our food they forgot one of the meals. We waited to make sure they were not brining out more and nicely let them know. The lady told the other lady that worked there and she rudely said she gave us everything. Then when they realized they missed an order they quickly threw it together. They only put 2 potatoes on the plate while every other plate had a pile. They brought the wrong bread and then brought some bread I have no idea on what it was. The oatmeal was extremely dry. Pancakes were edible. Bagels were good.

Really good basic breakfast. I had fresh bread toast, egg and pumpkin pancake. The potatoes are amazing. Really good food.

Turned us away at 10:55am even though phone system and website said they closed at 12pm. Very small and shabby inside anyway.

What a find, super quaint little shop in the heart of Gloucester with the most delicious crab cake Benedict and tasty biscuits & gravy. Service friendly & welcoming. Good coffee

Hardworkin’ staff running a small diner with deeeelicious breakfast. So yum we came back the next day. Would go often if we lived closer. The pistachio bread alone…

Vegetarian options: All kinds of eggy options; the omelette I had was chock full of fresh green veg. Variety of pancakes.

I had the Lingucia scramble but asked for the over easy eggs instead of scrambled and I got the pistachio homemade bread. The lingucia was nice and crispy. The pistachio bread stole the show! It was so moist and hearthy, I would eat the whole loaf! The place is small and quiet with rustic live edge tables and the lady who was working was very friendly. Service was quick even though she was the only waitress on a Sunday morning !

Very nice hole in the wall would definitely go here again. Food was very good service was also very good. But the bread, let me tell you was STRAIGHT G.A.S. It’s home made in house and probably the best bread In Gloucester!
