This place is great! The food that comes out of the kitchen is exceptional!A great store for your culinary needs with all sorts of delicacies! And artsy stuff for purchase too!The happiest staff around to provide you with the best service!I've been going there every day they're open for the past couple of months. I'm disappointed when they take 2 days off a week.Seek it out, and enjoy this gem of a place!
I think it was very nice, All of the workers seemed very nice as well and paid attention very well. I was walking around the store looking for something a little bit confused because it was my first time in and I hadn't even asked for help and one of the girls just came up to me and showed me what I was looking for and that was awesome! A nice cozy spot, will definitely be back with friends!
One of the best Cubano sandwiches I've ever had. Nice vibe; friendly staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp; a couple short steps. I was able to lift my daughter's chair in and then navigate a pretty narrow pathway before getting to the table, but if you're in a wheelchair solo you're going to have a hard time.
The food is good, but the service is all over the place. It's very lackadaisical bordering on the chaotic. Their sandwiches are good and cleverly named. There is lots of miscommunication amongst the staff. I tried working them to cater an event and it took a week to actually speak to someone and the answers I got were all wishy washy. They were going to call me back with answers, but never did. After I spoke with them I contacted someone else and worked with them seamlessly.
Wonderful one of a kind gifts from local artisans greet you at the door! Full breakfast/lunch menu and variety of baked goods available for take out. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great names on menu! However, the staff was overwhelmed at lunchtime. Cleaner staff, seating area and case that used to display food items needs deep cleaning. Store could benefit from redesign and tidying up. Bean soup and anadama bread were the saving grace.
I hesitate to write this for fear it will become more popular, but…the best sandwiches on Cape Am can be found here. Melissa and her team are hard working, making each order with the utmost care.
Delicious, well priced frittata of the day. Lovely employees singing along to the music. Great fresh bread options
Fabulous focaccia. Wonderful place, with great groceries and gifts. I went back for a second meal only three hours after my first meal there.
Operationally challenged (pre Covid too), but food is great. Expect to wait a long time for any made to order food. Leave at least an hour. They don’t accept online orders and communication is difficult as it’s always noisy if you call in. Sometimes they close. But it’s worth going if you can get in and tolerate the chaos.
We are new to the coastal new England life and fell in love with gloucester ! Paul was an amazing server and so friendly. The food was amazing and vibe is so memorable ! This definitely made us want to abandon our life in DC and just stay there.

We stumbled on this gem after Googling for nearby coffee shops on our drive up to Halibut Point State Park. Don’t let the low-key exterior fool you - inside is browsing Heaven for foodies and anyone looking for a well-procured selection of gourmet foods and treats, both packaged and homemade in their on-prem kitchen. Great breakfast and lunch menu too, and super friendly staff. A must-stop if you’re in the area.
Love it here! Amazing place, everyone who works here is so sweet and the food is amazing! Great menu options and a wide variety of great food stuff for sale as well. One critique is that the grits are mid
This is my favorite place on the north shore! Great breakfast and tunes. All in a sweet little shop that sells gold bears, fiddleheads, rhubarb, fancy mustard, French candy, door mats and more! Perfect taste! What more could you want? Maybe their sweet counter and little stools to sit on and have some focaccia and maybe a frittata! Also good coffee!
Their staff is very friendly, for a locally owned small business, it is a very pleasant place to grab a cup of coffee. Can also get a danish or, as I've found out, get a "grilled" (butter and flipped over on the grill) muffin. The muffins are amazing and I suggest getting it grilled if you go in. Great place overall.
Love this little country store/ breakfast place. They have an awesome staff, great food and they play great music. If you need any of items on your grocery list... they might have that too
