When you order in the store, it'll be 100%, but using the app it'll be 80-90% which is disappointing. When the place was original it was one building, then later down the line it became a main building and a sub-building. Unfortunately thanks to that the main building makes mistakes. Though the people are nice the orders end up being wrong every once in a while.

Used to say the best service in my area but as of late, the rude servers in drive thru are a bit much. ? when the attitudes adjust will be 5 stars again. Don't know if they are short handed and I understand that too. Can't be rude to customers though due to it.

The service here is ALWAYS poor. They dont greet you or say thank you, have a nice day. If they give you the wrong order, its your fault because they repeated the order even though they NEVER repeat the orders. Sick of this place and the service. Now I remember why I go to Flints Gas. or my fav. Starbucks. The coffee is more expensive but its better quality and the service is way better!It’s sad because Grafton is an awesome town. These people must not live in town.

i genuinely go to this dunkin a lot but every time i get my regular drink, this same worker always messes it up when i say the correct order. she even told me it was my fault and everything but i always order correctly.

Updated reviewIf you go into the store they are extremely unorganized. Ignoring the orders placed to prioritize the drive thru orders. They had people wanting 8 to 10 minutes while their food was already in a bag on the counter getting cold but they don't place it in the pick up area. They also don't notify the customers.

Imagine how annoyed I was when I ordered my drink ahead on the app, waited almost half an hour behind 1 car to get it and it was wrong and not even a full cup.They tried to argue with me at the window about my order, insisting I wasn't a mobile order, and I was. No sticker on my cup at all, but I ordered a medium pumpkin latte and got a half empty white chocolate latte that was mostly cold.Disappointed and never coming to this location again. I've worked for several DD's and this is beyond unacceptable, if unsurprising

this place is so slooow. they have two lines. mobile orders can only be serviced in the left lane. was asked my name for the mobile order which means it wasn’t even ready. this negates the purpose of mobile ordering. then they try and sell me a donation, i can barley hear the lady so i said yes thinking it was just a coupon or something. such confusion and another hold up to the customer queue building up behind me.my only recommendation for this location is to work on servicing customers a little quicker, especially when you have a rush of people driving through.

Service was awful putting me on wait for 25 min in drive thru where I cannot move on as their second lane was closed. Staff were very rude and in return they told me that "I am not the only one waiting".I am always in support to our local businesses but this one I no longer support and won't recommend either.

There were 3 employees working 1 customer who had gotten his order but asked for ice water when I entered. They do have a drive thru that was being workedMy order was 1 ice tea 1 regular ice coffee. Nothing special. I waited. The other customer waited. We waited some more. They kept put text orders up. One text customer came in as the employee was making an order and told him he made it wrong. She said that she ordered on the apt but came right over because they always make it wrong. She lives next door, that's why she keeps coming back .She had to tell him how to make it. I asked how much longer for my drinks? One asked what I ordered, and I told her. She told someone else to make it. I had to repeat what I wanted. That ice water person asked again for it.. The employees were just goofing off with each other. I asked for my money back, but they didn't have time to fi d me receipt in the string of receipts they had. Finally I got my drinks. The other person got their water. In the meantime, customer came in looking for their orders. Some had hot food ready but not drinks. Others were not ready at all.. 26 minutes for 2 drinks ??

Yet another poorly operated dunkin. From my last 10 orders, all have been wrong OR grounds in the coffee. Wait times on average (off peak hours) are 6-10 minutes and if you try to go here anytime like the morning or afternoon. Expect 15-25minutes easily.Two drive thru lanes, with the second one only open from 7am to 10am it seems. The coffee cups ALWAYS leak because they are not trained to put on lids. This place is a joke just like the company itself. Been going here since 2015, back then it was lot smoother and never a wait. Since 2019, this location is awful. Avoid at all costs.
