Zero customer service whatsoever. After handing me my order before I had even paid, the woman working the drive-thru turned away. When she turned back, she looked at me, threw her hands up, and scoffed like there was about to be an issue. I asked what my total was, and she continued with the same rude, hostile attitude. I should’ve just driven away and let her pay for the order she handed me without taking payment.
Made my drink completely wrong.The manager watched it happen.The person asked him about it , and they still let it leave their facility. If you're gonna charge me the money for the cold foam , then you have to put it in the drink.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience, which fell far short of the usual 5-star standard. On August 1, 2026, I placed an order totaling around $27, but the staff seemed to lack the patience to process it correctly and repeat it back to me. I am sorry you’re having a bad day and don’t have the patience to take a order with more than 2 items. Being yelled at by a drive-thru establishment was not only humiliating but also unacceptable.
