“I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience, which fell far short of the usual 5-star standard. On August 1, 2026, I placed an order totaling around $27, but the staff seemed to lack the patience to process it correctly and repeat it back to me. I am sorry you’re having a bad day and don’t have the patience to take a order with more than 2 items. Being yelled at by a drive-thru establishment was not only humiliating but also unacceptable.“

“I have been a frequent visitor to my local gourmet in Hudson. Ever since my first visit I have been hooked. Their flavored iced coffee is the best I have ever had. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I even have out of town family members eager to visit when they come to town.“

“First time I've been to a Honey Dew. At this location, I found the staff very friendly! The food was tasty and i enjoyed the coffee, as well!
I had the hot caramel latte and the waffle sandwich. The caramel is sweet so I didn't need to add sugar. The sandwich had egg, bacon, and cheese with a buttery flavor - yummy!“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“I've always wanted to try this place. But walking in it seems like they are less customer service oriented. They really want to sell you the product but they don't want you in there. And I wish they had sausage patties instead of cutting sausage links but that's just my preference. Go for the food not the Aesthetics.“

“Great little hole in the wall. Grab and go kinda spot, dont expect to sit down for full service or anything. Breakfast sandwich cant go wrong, also honey buns + donuts are on point! “I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“The staff working the drive-through should be paid better money because they're so friendly and put up with a lot. If your a bagel you can't mess that up. When they try to sell actual food, sandwiches. They are not built for that type of handling. So, it can be horrible. Keep it Donuts and coffee ☕️“

“I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!”
They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.
Brandy and the morning team are the best.“

“Solid place! Well worth the stop and a sizable improvement over large chain coffee stores for both food and drip coffee. I got a jalapeno bagel and could taste a pleasant amount of heat. Expanding to espresso options would be one way to improve on a good thing“

“During the academic year (August to May) this is a very crowded place, but the number of staff expands or contracts according to historical need. Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“
