I just want to share a quick review of what my husband and I observed during our visit to Grafton Subway back on Saturday, 7/30/22 around 6:30-7:00PM. We go to Subway every Saturday after doing our grocery shopping. Ana was on by herself. When we arrived she was doing orders for four people before us. Not well trained. Employee didn’t understand ingredients for Spicy Italian sub. She missed a key ingredient- capicola. She also didn’t seem to understand my request for oregano on my sub. Big disappointment. Seems like Subway has gone downhill since introduction of new menu. Employee training is totally inadequate. Overall, the ingredients on the sub were quite skimpy.
