Terrible service. Walked in, and the woman asked what bread I wanted, I answered with footlong Italian bread, please. She proceeded to grab Italian herbs and cheese. I say it's supposed to be Italian, she said oh not herbs and cheese. I said no. She asks what kind of sandwich, I say ham. She then puts 4 slices of ham and then grabs salami and starts putting that on. I say oh it's only supposed to be ham. She then proceeded to take the salami off and throw it back and only leave 4 slices of ham on my sandwich. Does t ask me if I want anything else and then just puts my sandwich down and doesn't say another word. So I asked for cookies and a medium drink. And still no words. So I put my card in and she just walks away and doesn't say anything else. Seems pretty rude to me that she didn't listen and then gets mad at me for it. Clearly the woman doesn't listen and has bad communication skills.

This Subway generally has only 1 or 2 employees on and rarely has employees who can communicate in English.I ordered an Elite Turkey, Bacon, Ranch for my husband that was adequate except that it was dripping with an excessive amount of dressing.Mine was a #15 Titan Turkey. For dietary reasons, I had to eliminate the cheese and mayo. The woman could barely understand my order. Her comments and questions were indecipherable. A younger woman came to her rescue who had a mediocre command of English. They asked the same questions several times and still got kept getting things wrong. When I got our sandwiches home, I found three slices of hard, dry turkey and a minimal amount of paper-thin vegetables.I weigh only 110 lbs.. I usually only eat half of a foot-long ginder. When I finished this entire sandwich, I still needed to find something else to eat.

Felt so bad for workers. Went in yesterday and it was so hot, it was unbearable. Thermostat read 89. Workers said that it's always hot and it was 93 at lunch time. Place should be shut down. I am putting in complaints with BBB and attorney General.

Avoid this subway. They are cheap with vegetables and sold me stale cookies. Also not a friendly place to be dining in

Ordered some subs to take to people at work, ordered and paid before heading over. When I arrived they did not have the order ready, they had received it but said they do not make orders in advance. There was a long line, so I figured I would try my luck elsewhere, so I asked for my money back, the server said no. Being that I did not feel like losing $40+ I said fine I will wait for you to make it, the guy there giggled but did not say anything. Other customers get serviced, the guy looks at me and says "What do you want? I thought you were in a hurry" with a big grin on his face. I replied "Well since you will not give me my money back I would like you to make the order", then the dude just gave a huge eyeroll and literally laughed at me. After more giggling he made the order, all the while giggling, looking at me then laughing. So I get my order, though it was thoroughly crushed, which I suspect was intentional. Received an email survey, filled out the experience and Subway corporate replied and was told yeah, that guy is nice, not sure what was the problem, since you don't live in CT I can't help you. Doesn't make sense to you? Does not to me.

Not well trained. Employee didn’t understand ingredients for Spicy Italian sub. She missed a key ingredient- capicola. She also didn’t seem to understand my request for oregano on my sub. Big disappointment. Seems like Subway has gone downhill since introduction of new menu. Employee training is totally inadequate. Overall, the ingredients on the sub were quite skimpy.

I just want to share a quick review of what my husband and I observed during our visit to Grafton Subway back on Saturday, 7/30/22 around 6:30-7:00PM. We go to Subway every Saturday after doing our grocery shopping. Ana was on by herself. When we arrived she was doing orders for four people before us. When that was finished, she ripped off four or five on-line orders. She said to us that it would be a few minutes. She very calmly and in a steady pace put together these on-line orders. As soon as she was done, these customers arrived to pick their orders up. Again, she calmly took care of these customers. Then she took care of us in a calm and thankful manner. Of course, it helps that we are patient people understanding what was happening and that she was alone. But we give 5 Stars to Ana for doing such a great job during such a busy time. We were out in no time considering all the orders she needed to prepare. Thanks!

Just ok...last time I was there for lunch the girl was all alone. Once I saw her refill the lettuce from a big bag, I was disappointed...

We ordered 2 meatball subs through the app. Arrived at store, was told by woman working behind counter, she was out of meatballs and to pick something else. Well, we didn’t want something else so we asked for a refund for our on app purchase. She said “no, just pick another sandwich”. Again, we said we did NOT want something different. She proceeded to say “come back tomorrow; I will have meatballs then.” Seriously?!? My husband calmly said “I want my refund please.” She proceeded to take cash out of tip jar on the counter and threw it across the counter at him. My husband is the most patient, kind man. He was so furious, and couldn’t believe her rudeness!! This is not how Grafton community businesses treat their local customers. This subway location will NOT be visited again!

Honestly, if negative stars were available this place would get them.... I order on the app from this location regularly with no issues, so the one time I actually go in I get the full experience of this location. Never again. The reviews here are spot on, and the ownership could give two sh*ts bout it, although they might make your sub with it. They are rude, they lie, and they don't care. I got the lovely franchise owner as my server, and if anyone needs a course in customer service it's this little shrew of a woman. I walk in and am greater by the guy behind the counter with "if you don't have the time to wait you should try someplace else, I'm the only one here." (THAT WAS LIE #1). Well I had time and I knew what I wanted, I'll wait it's on my way home and the next closest location is a 10min drive in the wrong direction. That greeting should have been my warning. About 5min later a woman walks out from the back, so he wasn't the only one there. So 20min go by, and I finally make it the front of the line. I order the Turkey Cali Fresh footlong sub. So I notice because of the rush they are running low on items, but hey, they should be a quick grab from the back or the cooler underneath the counter right.... HA HA not for these two pieces of work. The woman ahead of me inquires about tomatoes for her Veggie sub, when she says cancel my order then, I would have liked tomatoes on the sub, the guy goes to the back real quick and grabs some. So one would think he grabbed enough for atleast a few subs, HA! Try Again, just enough for hers. So I get passed off to the shrew to complete my sub, and when I ask about tomatoes I'm told there are "no more." (LIE #2 - THEY WEREN'T PREPPED IN A CONTAINER, JUST CUT IN THE BACK). So when I reach the register I inquire about a discount because they are out of a topping that is specific to the sub I ordered. That's when the guy jumps in and goes to finally grab some... Ummm, if you are the owner, why wouldn't you just do your job and make the customer happy. I guess customer service just isn't in her blood. He asks me where I want them... Umm, the in my sub you d****** where else. (At this point I had a few ideas where they could go). So he manhandles my sub to put them in (see photo). Finally I go, and yeah... Never again to this place. Sad that this owner and her staff could really care less about their customers. They need a few classes in customer service and hospitality to start. Oh well my complaints have been made to Corporate and through the Twitter-verse...

ordered on the app, was charged and said it would be ready by 730 but when I arrived I was told that the store was closed and there was nothing she could do, we asked for a refund and she refused saying our order didn’t exist.

Unfortunately they need a good cleaning, food doesn’t look fresh.
