Messed up the order multiple times I’ve gone here. Also they claim they don’t do pup cups, but other Dunkin’s do it… since they make you pay for it why should they deny me? It makes me not want to go here. Dunkin needs to be consistent about this.

Best Dunkin experience I’ve had in a long time! The drive through line was long so we went inside and our orders were taken immediately by an incredibly competent cashier who then made our coffees quickly and very well. Our food came out insanely fast for a dunks- probably 2 minutes tops. Everything was done well and professionally- I’m super impressed.

Parking: Drive through makes things hectic but plenty of spots in front.

The lady at the window barely payed attention while handing me my coffee, just kind of shoved it at me while looking away. There was an issue with my bank card so i had to use alternative payment and in the process of retrieving it she huffed and puffed impatiently and called me nasty. Who deserves that kind of treatment?? Not ok granby. Not okay at all!
Update 2024- this place just never improves. Like- what are you guys doing to your associates that they’re so angry all the time?

I have been coming here because this place used to have good customer service and quality beverages. As of recently, it has been run by young,unprofessional, immature, and ungrateful staff. They make funny voices through the drive-through intercom (fake Australian accent or African American slang), make mistakes, and don’t accommodate the customer. The cashier recently forgot to prepare and charge for the hash brown order but refused to add an additional single order even though they had to make them and charge me. I mean, I am offering more money despite your mistake and having me wait. Does that make sense? Also, no ”thank you”, “have a nice day” or even eye contact even with generous tips! This particular staff seems to be here every Saturday from 12-3 pm.

Bought a wake up wrap.Had barely 1piece of bacon.Went back into driveup and showed them. They said it was supposed to have 2. I was given another with barely 2.Such tiny pieces. Also bathroom was unclean to put it nicely. Dirty floor,no TP either.
