Ordered 2 simple medium hot coffees with cream and caramel swirl and they were both wrong and it took 2 servers trying to figure out how to fix them Very frustrating ended up still getting wrong order . Ended up with one cream one caramel swirl in each . Was like drinking black coffee .

Overall a good Dunkin'. It gets pretty busy and the line can be long - but everyone who works here does their best. Huge improvement over the past few months. The food is fresh, the coffee is hot, the restaurant is clean, and the employees are friendly. Not much more I could ask out of a Dunkin' Donuts. This is definitely one of the nicer ones I've been to and I will continue to be a customer here.

Don’t walk inside. Cars that pulled in the driveway thru 10 minutes after I ordered got in and out before my coffee and sandwich order. Very slow inside and it’s obvious they prioritize the drive thru.

Out of the 3 last mobile orders, all 3 had missing items. Staff doesn’t seem to talk to customers, just keeps to themselves. Always ordered at least 15 minutes ahead of time.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts place I’ve ever visited. There’s always some catastrophe (can’t make a frozen coffee because they’re low on I ce, frozen mixer out of order, out of ice tea, etc.) The wait time is terrible. I ordered my drinks on the APP 5 minutes before I arrived in the store and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order.

Here it is 4 o’clock on a weekday afternoon. They are not able to keep their lobby open and there are now three cars ahead of me on the drive-through because this Dunkin’ cannot get it together to be open at 4 o’clock on a weekday. I walked into the lobby and they rudely kicked me out and would not explain to me why they couldn’t keep their store open until 4 o’clock on a Friday afternoon. They did not apologize for kicking me out of the lobby. They owe us an apology. What a bunch of incompetent rude people.
I have to say the Black girl that was in the drive thru on Easter Sunday was awesome! Not only that but the black pepper maple wrap was the BEST I have ever had at ANY Dunkin Donuts! Very good everything.

I attempted to order 2 drinks and they didn't have the ingredients to make either drink even though it's on the menu. I then ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel and added cream cheese (don't judge me). I received a plain bagel with about 1 actual pound of cream cheese but no egg, american cheese or bacon. I called the store to talk to them about it since I wasn't close by and the phone goes straight to voicemail every time. Wprst experience at a dunkin donuts I have ever had.
