The chai latte I had was okay, not my favorite, but got the job of caffeine done. Great decor and service. Probably better for coffee-related beverages. My husband enjoyed his Americano.

We stopped at Fuel three times in our short two days in Great Barrington. Excellent coffee and service and this spot seemed to be the place to be in town!
I was visiting from the West Coast. The staff are excellent and the bfast sandwiches were great. The owner and staff would do well to learn the modern cafe coffee art (steaming temp <hand feel vs thermometer>, foam, pouring / blending the espresso). I want them to get it right bec their coffee scene could get dialed bec and the popular place has everything it needs to be even better. The barista happily offered to remake the scalding hot latte and it missed the mark and also was made with whole milk instead of oat which was what I ordered the first round. There was also a scandal I heard about limiting free speech there. I don’t have the details but someone was fired for sharing a political view. I wish them well.

Nice atmosphere and good coffee. There isn't a big selection of pastries, but it is enough for basic needs. Service wise, the girls behind the counter were stressed and it affected their service. To the credit of the owner who was there and was extremely nice, he made it better.
