LOVED the food that I ordered for lunch and the chai latte that I had. The service was good and the decor was on point. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but know that it's a smaller storefront, so good for small groups, couples, and solo trips - when a line forms it gets crowded. Definitely recommend.

Small seating area. The limited menu focused on what they do best. The panini was excellent.

Great coffee and golden milk. They have one of the best chocolate chip cookies in GB! Delicious salads and sandwiches for lunch.

Great little spot for breakfast or lunch. My cortado was pretty solid and the sandwich good too. Seating is tiiiight but it’s somewhat workable if you wait.

We ordered a protein bowl that was delicious. It had a mixture of greens, cucumbers, avocado, tomatoes, pickled onions, chic peas and a yummy homemade dressing. It usually comes with rice on the bottom but we were there early in the morning and the rice wasn't ready yet. It's very fresh and fulfilling. We went back on a Monday to order it again and unfortunately it was closed.

I enjoyed breakfast here. A bagel with lox (dubbed the 'Barrington Bagel's) and cold brew. It was quite loud, due in part to there being very little acoustic treatment.

My biggest issue with this place, which can be solved for easily, is the lack of recycling/compost bins. More than ever, it is crucial that business owners take the reigns for this infrastructure if the town/city doesn't already do this. My impetus for this review stems from their use of compostable straws and utensils, a move which appears to be grounded in optics when it all eventually lands in the same contractor bag as everything else.

A nice spot to grab a quick bite to eat. Limited seating but large tables and neat nooks. Loved that it was dog friendly inside. The dill oil on the potato leek soup was heavenly but the Brie and fig jam baguette was only OK. Our coffee and dirty chai were tasty.

My first time eating here. The young woman behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. Weirdly, they do not offer decafe coffee - but I could get a decafe latté which I did order and it was good. We arrived at a good time because the restaurant became very busy soon after we arrived. My husband ordered the bagel and salmon and said it was very good. He especially liked the capers in the cream cheese. I ordered the cheddar cheese frittata. Unfortunately, I was served the sweet potato frittata and it was as heavy as a brick. It was served with arugula with no salad dressing. I had to ask for some. I did not return the sweet potato frittata for what I actually ordered because the place was very busy and seemed understaffed. The food is served on paper plates with presumably recyclable cutlery which is subpar for the cost of our meals and coffee. Additionally, all the used plates, etc go straight into a trash bin by the front door so it appears as if there is no recycling. I do not recommend Marjoram and Roux.

Beautiful cafe, beautiful food, beautiful people!! Daire and her team are always welcoming, their food and coffee and pastries are always excellent, and the entire vibe is super solid. Popular for good reason, and the team will get you your order quickly and kindly, even in when they’re slammed. Great vegetarian options, outdoor cafe tables and beautiful angles for the sunshine when it’s sunny—what’s not to love?
