We had the gobbler sandwich and the chicken avocado sandwich for lunch. Both sandwiches were good. The fries were excellent. Nice location.

Waited much too long for the food. And the cashier that might also be the manager was very rude because my food never came I wanted a refund and wanted to leave. Finally gave me a refund but not before being loud arguing with me in the dining room . Needs to get an attitude adjustment check

The food was good but the exhaust fan needs to fixed. You leave there smelling like you worked in the kitchen. Also, too many employees sitting and looking at their phones. I'm old school.

We went here a few times since it's very close to Fairfield Inn where we stayed. We tried chicken Caesar salad, Stockbridge bowl, Jerry Garcia omelette, Berkshire Bella omelette, veggie barley soup, special tuna arugula salad with beets. All were tasty & fresh. They serve Great Barrington coffee, which we liked. Sizeable indoor dining room, plenty of parking & reasonable prices. Really enjoyed this place & the wide selections of menu items. Will try to come back to try their sandwiches. Highly recommend.

If you want a cold fried chicken sandwich this is the place for you. Was not delicious, was so cold it seemed like premade. Definitely not a warm juicy fried chicken sandwich I was expecting. We called in the order and arrived waited in line then paid for the order that was right behind the person helping us. Instead of handing us our food he decided to take our money and answer the phone before finishing with the customers he was helping already. Waited another 5 min while we tried to get him to hand us our bag of food. Really slow service and when we asked the other women working to hand us the bag they just pointed to the guy on the phone and said he had to get it. So we won’t be returning to this location ever again and it’s pretty sad how bad the experience was compared to other marketplace locations.

We stopped here on our way to Springfield, and had the Chicken Avocado panini and GF wrap. The avocado, bacon and cheddar were fresh , the chicken was tender and the flavor was delicious. We sat outside (the air inside was stuffy/smoky, maybe they need to check the kitchen exhaust?). The outside appears neglected and needs some repairs. Also not sure why the GF version didn’t include a pickle; pretty sure pickles are gluten free.

Good food and good service. Only reason for 3 stars is silverware containers were gross... like they had not been properly cleaned. Hopefully that doesn't reflect the kitchen. We opted for plastic ware

We went here several months ago and had a very good lunch of quiche and a dessert of cake ... came back several months later and had sour blue cheese on our burger. It was disgusting and we threw it out... we told the staff and their comment was "okay" nothing was done about it..... the coffee was terrible as well such a shame because the first time we came everything was perfect ......definitely not come back here ever again
