If you want a cold fried chicken sandwich this is the place for you. Was not delicious, was so cold it seemed like premade. Definitely not a warm juicy fried chicken sandwich I was expecting. We called in the order and arrived waited in line then paid for the order that was right behind the person helping us. Instead of handing us our food he decided to take our money and answer the phone before finishing with the customers he was helping already. Waited another 5 min while we tried to get him to hand us our bag of food. Really slow service and when we asked the other women working to hand us the bag they just pointed to the guy on the phone and said he had to get it. So we won’t be returning to this location ever again and it’s pretty sad how bad the experience was compared to other marketplace locations.

We stopped here on our way to Springfield, and had the Chicken Avocado panini and GF wrap. The avocado, bacon and cheddar were fresh , the chicken was tender and the flavor was delicious. We sat outside (the air inside was stuffy/smoky, maybe they need to check the kitchen exhaust?). The outside appears neglected and needs some repairs. Also not sure why the GF version didn’t include a pickle; pretty sure pickles are gluten free.

Good food and good service. Only reason for 3 stars is silverware containers were gross... like they had not been properly cleaned. Hopefully that doesn't reflect the kitchen. We opted for plastic ware

We went here several months ago and had a very good lunch of quiche and a dessert of cake ... came back several months later and had sour blue cheese on our burger. It was disgusting and we threw it out... we told the staff and their comment was "okay" nothing was done about it..... the coffee was terrible as well such a shame because the first time we came everything was perfect ......definitely not come back here ever again

This place is basically my dream come true. Amazing selection of sandwiches, snacks, wine\beer, etc. I didn’t get the meatloaf but it looked amazing. We ordered a lobster roll, turkey wrap, cheesecake bites, chips, and a bottle of wine. Everything was great. Vibe is great. People are super friendly. 200% recommend this place.

Went to order food, a bit of a long line but not too bad. When we got to ordering the old lady behind the register was extremely rude. We asked how long the wait would be and she said 20 mins, and that it would be like that everywhere in Great Barrington, that the food is the best here, and recommended we go to McDonalds since we didn’t want to wait. We said we will wait, and ordered one piece of already made quiche. The cashier said “I will give you two,” then proceeded to charge us for two. I told her we only want one and asked us if we really wanted just one with a very nasty and judgement look. We confirmed just one and said she will give us coffee and wait. Spoiler alert - never got this coffee. We sat and waited for over 30 mins, and then decided to ask one of the servers, who informed us that to go orders are at a different window. Keep in mind, we were sitting right in front of the cashier the entire time, and this food was already made! All they had to do was heat it up. To top it off, the quiche tasted like it was dipped in oil right before giving it to us. Extremely rude service and the food is not so good. If the flies on the pastries you see while you wait in line don’t make you skip this place, hopefully this review does.

Good blue burger with fries. Cherry pies was nice. Chicken, avocado sandwich wasn't a hit with me. Good prices and nice and clean atmosphere.

I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. The woman at the counter was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. I go here often and will not be going back after how I was treated today.
