Rubi's Coffee and Sandwiches

Would return, but my visit was a little underwhelming. Very busy, not a lot of room, problems with order. Food was good, but for a specialty place it was just good, not great.

59 minutes for a grilled cheese while they made sandwiches for their friends who came in 20 minutes after us. Sandwich would have been good if they didn’t leave it to cool for 10 minutes.

My wife and I ate at Rubi's recently and as I ordered the barista said someone would bring the food to the table. I didn't know that meant they would call out your name from another room not in the room with the table we were sitting at. When the girl delivering the food finally found us she slammed down the plate and stomped off. The sandwich was expensive at $21 and small.
The windows to the place look like they haven't been washed in years and the place was dirty with spider webs that looked like they were there for just as many years. The bathroom was disgusting. I don't think they clean toilets.

One of the best Reubens I’ve ever had. Pricey? Yes, but it doesn’t disappoint and is well worth it. Also the staff has been incredibly welcoming and friendly every time I’ve been in there.

Barista (manager) was rude. Ruined our family trip.

Manager is beyond rude to customers, will never be going back here. I actually went to the owner at the cheese store to let him know after we ordered a ton of food from his restaurant and he dismissed us and didn’t seem to care. Beyond the owner and his manager being rude to customers the food was a rip off and nothing special.

We witnessed the barista/manager being extremely rude to several customers with zero shame. He was very unfriendly and unpleasant.

Unfortunately the food prep was so slow. Our party of 6 ordered at same time and food came out at various times so we had to wait for others to finish. Food was way overpriced for sandwiches.

Coffee barrister was so rude. When complained to the owner, he wasn’t very pleasant either. Spent almost $150. Will never go back again.

Amazingly rude service. The guy making the coffee has zero desire to serve. Never seen anything like that, he actually cursed me in my face for asking for milk

Hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The barista was outright nasty—talking trash about me loudly while I was standing right there. No shame, no professionalism. He acted completely unhinged and clearly should not be working with people. It was insulting and uncomfortable. Never going back.

Zero for everything, such a bad service, very rude and does not know what customer service is. I will never ever come back. Don’t waste your time and money here.
