Our server took great care of us and made awesome recommendations. The bao with salted yolk was so good that we ordered it twice and the Khao soi was delicious. Was perfect after a day on the slopes.
An honest review: In the past, STEAM has had its issues (small kitchen + new, young staff) but overall, I’ve been generally happy here. Tonight’s Bibambop was nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommend 9/10
