Food Was ok. Bacon chicken sandwich was a little dry. Not enough ranch. The fish and chips wasn't hot enough for to go food. Service was great and I am sure it would have tasted better if we could have eaten there.
I eat at this location before or five times per year. Always pleased with the food and the atmosphere. Service is generally pretty good. On this visit though we were ghosted by the waitress for 15 minutes waiting for our check since our tabletop check out device wasn't functioning properly. Not sure if she was in the restroom or out back getting a smoke but it was off putting to an otherwise pleasant experience. We love our greenfield applebees! Since they opened we have always had a great experience. Once I had an issue with take-out but the manager made it right without a problem. Keep up the great work folks.
