Came in right before closing — the door was already locked, but the drive-thru was still open. The staff was excellent: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They didn’t seem rushed or eager to leave, but instead provided great service. Thank you!
Same dunkin' brand food and drink, so no complaints there, but their drive thru service is pretty bad. Ordering on the app I usually get a drink and sometimes a donut or something and while they always have the drink ready to go (and correct), they never have the food. I have to remind them at the window. Today they were out of something I ordered so I asked if I would get a refund on the food and they said no, they'd just swap in something else. I get you're busy...
Dunkin Donuts is all about the line and how long it is is number one number two is how did the coffee taste was it burnt. A line was super short and the coffee was not burnt it was good today at Dunkin Donuts was A+
