Same dunkin' brand food and drink, so no complaints there, but their drive thru service is pretty bad. Ordering on the app I usually get a drink and sometimes a donut or something and while they always have the drink ready to go (and correct), they never have the food. I have to remind them at the window. Today they were out of something I ordered so I asked if I would get a refund on the food and they said no, they'd just swap in something else. I get you're busy...
Dunkin Donuts is all about the line and how long it is is number one number two is how did the coffee taste was it burnt. A line was super short and the coffee was not burnt it was good today at Dunkin Donuts was A+
Coffee's always well made. I'm not a fan of the new tops as I have my sugar granulated not melted but I can see why you're giving an adult sippy cup of iced coffee while they're driving might have been a good idea for a 30-second moment. The staff at this locations very kind and they seem to be able to really keep up on getting people through the drive-through quickly.
