The service here is very slow compared to your typical McDonald’s. It seems like the logistics on the service side of their operation could use a tweak. The food is fine, but I avoid this location if I’m crunched for time.
Amazing experience 40 minutes after ordering at the drive thru I was invited inside by the kind, caring staff. They took my order 3 more times which made me feel special and taken care of. As I watched “Karens” complaining left and right about waiting almost 20 minutes I began to reflect upon my pointless existence. Where did my new found patience come from? Had I crossed the point of insanity? Gen Z Americans in tears, happy meals gone wrong, and the staff at McD’s chuggin’...
I went through the drive through yesterday and accidentally got the wrong order. One call the the store and they fixed it immediately. They are very nice workers and they are very good at their jobs.
