It has happened more than once. Despite the hours are posted on the front door it is always best to call before driving there. Went with a friend who requested to go there again on a Thursday afternoon. Arrived there about 2 PM and closed up tight. No indication other than the oor being locked.

I don’t expect red-carpet treatment, but I do expect basic manners. Our bartender, Lainey, was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were bothering her by ordering drinks. Hard pass, plenty of other spots that know how to treat customers

Great place. My burger was great and cooked perfectly. Onion rings were on point. They recently added calamari to the menu and it’s better than at a high end restaurant.

Should have read all the lowest reviews first, overstaffed and ignores tables, refries fries into wood. Chicken Sandwhich would have been good for take out. wont relax after work here again.
Greatest hamburger place we have ever been too. There really are 97 varieties of burgers and you can make up your own. They have always gotten our order correct and cooked to perfection!!
