We always have a great time here. The drinks are delicious and creative and the food is amazing, the bourbon steak tips are my favorite! Definitely recommend :)

I was excited to try 110 Grill, but unfortunately left a bit disappointed. I ordered the baked cod, but it was sadly overcooked and chewy. The other person who was with me got the half chicken and it wasn't up to standard either.
However, my dinner at 110 Grill wasn't all bad. There were some really nice highlights. The sweet potato fries were quite good, and I'm sure the regular fries would also be very tasty. I really enjoy that style of fry. I also really enjoyed the butternut squash soup, and would order that again. The server was very nice, and left a smile on the bill which I liked.
I might be willing to give them another try, but probably not for a while.

We placed a $53 take out order as well as left a tip. After a 45 minute drive home, we get home, open the boxes and there a ZERO fries for two children’s meals. Seriously?! I called and left a message as no one answered the phone. No one has returned my call much less refunded the screwed up orders. What a joke!

Ordered BBQ chicken nachos. After we dove in to them we realized there was no chicken. They said they'd take it off the bill. The bill arrived but it was still there. They then took it off. The fried chicken sandwich bun is very small. The chicken was caked with fried coating that easily fell off in chunks. Chicken was dry. Garlic mashed side is very small. Onion rings are excellent, fish wrapped in prosciutto and gnocchi were also very good. Waitress was very nice. So, mixed bag overall.

This Hadley location is the worst! Last time I went the food was inedible and they took it off the bill. I thought it was just a bad day and went back with a party of 6. The waiter was beyond bad. Our table was next to the kitchen. There was no one working the line and our waiter was no where to be found and we watched our app sit under the lights for about 8-10 minutes until finally I asked the hostess to get us our food. When the waiter came to the table about 10 minutes later he stunk of cigarettes so now we know where he was. Asked for drinks never received them. The food came out for one person at a time. The first person received their food then over 10 minutes later the last entrée came. I had to ask the manager for the last entrée and with as much attitude as he could muster he said it's coming, it takes time to cook. Do they not know how to time cooking? Mind you it was not very busy maybe 6 tables and 2-3 people at the bar. Never once did Dave the server come back to the table at this point and he was no where in the dining room because we were looking as half of us had nothing to drink which is awesome when eating a burger. No ketchup for the fries either because there was no one to ask since our server was busy smoking I would've asked another but there were none in the dining room and once again no one on the line. He never asked if the food was ok, if everything as cooked ok. He did run over with the bill as fast as he could though. The food was fine but I will not spend another $300 there given the staff is no where to be found and the manager who is also absent is rude and nasty when he does appear. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

We live in Keene NH and this is always our favorite stop when we’re doing errands in Western Mass. Had a great lunch today sitting in Sophia’s section — the food was great, the flexibility with picky kid eaters was so appreciated, and even though we don’t have food allergies I’m super appreciative of the proactive approach to accommodate special dietary needs. We will be back!
