Ordered BBQ chicken nachos. After we dove in to them we realized there was no chicken. They said they'd take it off the bill. The bill arrived but it was still there. They then took it off. The fried chicken sandwich bun is very small. The chicken was caked with fried coating that easily fell off in chunks. Chicken was dry. Garlic mashed side is very small. Onion rings are excellent, fish wrapped in prosciutto and gnocchi were also very good. Waitress was very nice. So, mixed...

We live in Keene NH and this is always our favorite stop when we’re doing errands in Western Mass. Had a great lunch today sitting in Sophia’s section — the food was great, the flexibility with picky kid eaters was so appreciated, and even though we don’t have food allergies I’m super appreciative of the proactive approach to accommodate special dietary needs. We will be back!

Best restaurant in the area, my wife is Gluten Free and their fryers are completely gluten free, never a risk of cross contamination so it’s an easy choice for us. The calamari and fish and chips are some of the best I’ve ever had, crispy and clean dredge, I’ve had calamari elsewhere and it’s usually greasy, but never here!
