My favorite restaurant. Owners are genuinely good people. Martin is a talented chef who entertains customers while cooking, something you don't see very often anymore. Couldn't tell you what my favorite thing on the menu is because i get specials every time. Each meal is portioned perfectly and absolutely delicious. Butter cake is my favorite desert. I am not a sweets guy, but wow. Please stop reading this review and book your reservation at this restaurant now. Or don't so theres more space for me

I have been to Alina's many times over the years. It is a wonderful restaurant for date night as well as to celebrate family events, or just grab a bite to eat. Everything on the menu is incredible. Last night, my party of 9 had the Crazy Alfredo, Linguini Shrimp Lemon Butter Sauce, Penne Dish, Calamari, Scallops, Cannelloni, Veal Picatta, and all of us enjoyed thoroughly. The owners, Martin and Maritza, are both super inviting and very kind, and their entire staff is wonderful. I couldnt recommend them any higher. This is by far my fav restaurant in Western Mass, Hands Down!

This is the best fine dining experience in Western Massachusetts. It is in my opinion an Italian Steak House with a fine dining Italian menu also. You do not have to drive all the way across the state to Boston or down to Manhattan or to Brooklyn or the Bronx to get a really awesome steak or lamb or pork chop dinner or great high end Italian food like veal saltimboco, or great seafood and pasta dishes, you can get them at Alina's! If you would like to eat in one of the dining rooms you should make a reservation especially on weekends. If you want to go as a walk in I suggest getting there before 6:00. However if you do not, please do not be scared off by the line. The staff and food move very quickly and with two to three dining rooms depending on the day, the line moves quickly. There is an awesome bar and you can order the full menu there. While talking about the bar, the bartenders are always well trained and very experienced as is the wait staff. This is a family owned and operated restaurant, and they run the front and back between the owners with military precision. The chef owner and his wife are extremely friendly and approachable and the wait staff very knowledgeable. We have never had less than a great meal and experience!

The best restaurant service I’ve had in years!!
The waitstaff is so professional and helpful. I’m not a big fan of capers and they kindly accommodated my preferences and made me an amazing pasta dish. Their wine selection was a nice blend of imports and domestic. And the specials were also incredible.
Definitely make a reservation!!! We’ve been wanting to go here for over a year but it’s definitely challenging without a reservation. We did see a couple wait at the bar for a table to clear up - so you could do that. But it was nice being able to just walk in and get seated.
We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary here and we will definitely be back!

I had heard good things about this place, so I decided to go for my birthday. My husband and I had a reservation at 7:15, and we arrived around 6:50. We ended up waiting for about 30 minutes, and during that time I noticed other guests who arrived after us being seated before us, while our table was still not ready.
The service itself was just fine, but it felt inconsistent. Our server barely came to our table and seemed much more engaged with others nearby. I don’t want to take it personally, but as an immigrant dining with my American husband, I couldn’t help but feel we might have been treated differently.
We had hoped for something a little closer to what we’ve experienced abroad — especially since my husband has lived in Italy and was looking forward to a similar warmth and hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of those expectations.

Very nice overall dining experience. Alina’s has plenty of parking and is easy to get to from any direction. The service is very good and the food is top notch. There is even gluten free options which is an added bonus as I am gluten intolerant. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and that we were satisfied with our food choices. The time between courses was adequate and our server ( I wish I remembered his name) was attentive to our cocktail refills. We passed on dessert as we were celebrating our friend’s birthday and we had brought a cake from a local bakery, which the staff added candles and lit them for the birthday guy to make a wish. The next time we will definitely try the dessert menu, if it’s as good as the meal, it will be a hit! If there’s any down side to Alina’s it’s the lighting was a little dim, of course we are seniors so we like a lot of lights! Ha ha! Seriously, make your next fine dining experience at Alina’s you won’t be disappointed!
