A hidden gem in the pioneer valley. The chefs were simply amazing. You could tell this place was special based on how employees treated guests. Owners/chefs modeled this... we ate at bar and loved the vibe, people, and energy. Tenderloin was pure butter... cooked to perfection and so well flavored. Attention to detail in all food was evident.
Six of us had dinner at Alina’s on Sunday May 18. I was a little worried that the experience might be a bit watered down because of graduation weekend chaos. Me of little faith. Our food and service were excellent! I tried every one of the dishes photographed. They were all great. Alina’s definitely did not mail

Fantastic dinner. The steak in the pasta as well as the lamb were both beautifully tender. Our server Manuo was funny and charming. Live music further added to the ambiance. Highly recommend.
